Conditions of Agreement

1. Enrolment forms must include the deposit of 7,000 baht or full fees before a place is reserved on the course.

2. The balance of the full tuition, accommodation and any other fees must be paid before the commencement of the course.

3. In the event of cancellation, the following cancellation fees apply: more than 30 days before the start of the course, 50% of the deposit is refunded; less than 30 days before the start of the course, the full deposit is charged. 

4. Fees will not be refunded once a student begins a course except in mitigating circumstances and at the discretion of the school.

5. Students should arrange appropriate insurance to cover their period abroad.

6. The cancellation of accommodation arranged through the school must be made 10 days in advance, otherwise accommodation fees are not refundable.

7. All fees paid in Thai baht.

8. WECI reserves the right to expel without refund any student whose conduct does not accord with that of a responsible adult.

9. Only the English version of these conditions is binding.
